1. What LeadSignals is

LeadSignals delivers lead intelligence for people who move first — construction and trade opportunities, property and investment leads, and more verticals over time. LeadSignals organizes, categorizes, and delivers that information — the same thing you'd find if you knew where to look, without the legwork.

2. Your subscription

• Basic — $29/month: 1 vertical, 1 city, up to 3 communities. New leads visible 24 hours after publish. Hot leads are not shown on this plan.
• Pro — $49/month: 3 verticals, 3 cities, all communities. New leads visible 12 hours after publish, including hot leads.
• First (Premium) — $99/month: all verticals, all cities, all communities. Instant access — new leads visible the moment they publish — plus hot-lead instant alerts.

Billing is handled automatically through Stripe — subscribe, pay, and your plan activates instantly. Cancel anytime from your account. Plan names, limits, and prices may change over time; your current term is honored as agreed when you subscribed.

2b. Token packs (pay-per-lead)

Instead of a monthly plan, you can buy token packs (10 for $5, 25 for $12, 60 for $25). Spending 1 token reveals one lead's full address. A revealed lead stays unlocked for you permanently — you are never charged twice for the same lead. Multiple users may unlock the same lead; reveals are not exclusive. Tokens never expire and are non-refundable once spent.

2c. Area Passes (hyper-local access)

An Area Pass unlocks up to 2 lead addresses per day in 1–3 chosen communities for 7 days (1 community $7, 2 communities $12, 3 communities $16). Passes are activated automatically after checkout and expire automatically — no renewal, no surprise charges. Passes are non-refundable once activated.

3. Fair use — no scraping

Lead data on LeadSignals — addresses, contact details, and lead lists — is licensed for your own business use only. You may not scrape, bulk-download, copy, resell, share, or redistribute LeadSignals's lead data, in whole or in part, by automated or manual means. Automated extraction is technically blocked and monitored.

4. Account termination

Accounts found scraping, sharing logins to circumvent plan limits, or redistributing lead data will be terminated immediately, without refund.

5. No guarantee of accuracy

Lead data is compiled from multiple sources and updated regularly. We work to keep it fresh and correctly categorized, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Verify details independently before acting on a lead.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms are written in plain language for clarity — they are not formal legal advice. We may update these terms at any time; the current version is always posted on this page, and continued use of LeadSignals after a change means you accept it.
